Realignment
- "to
move toward an enriching 'wholeness'" - there
are many pressures that fragment us leaving us confused, scattered
and weary; holistic living rather than fragmented leads to
wholeness, which results in greater efficiency, effectiveness
and fulfilment; you are living nearer to who you are
Discernment
- "to
gain insight & appreciate what is involved beyond the
obvious" - whilst logical and rational thinking
dominates our approach to life, many of the significant decisions
and actions that we take are irrational and our behaviour
unpredictable & inconsistent; to fully understand our
attitudes and behaviour we have to reach beyond the 'logical'
approach governed by rules & systems to 'discern' what
is really going on in our life
- Mutual journey of discovery
determined by your objectives and how you like to travel
toward achieving success on your terms
Creativity
- "to animate
all activity and release new potential" - this
is not only the domain of the 'artistic' but it is available
to all of us; it is a way of living not just something you
do or produce; it permeates & animates all activities
- work, rest & play; creating space for you & for
others to live with enthusiasm & vitality
- Do not indulge in any '10
steps to success' programmes as these kill off creativity
and lead back into legalistic constrained living
- " Do not do - 'methods
or formula' - therefore not subject to being 'processed'
through some technique; although will takes advantage of
many disciplines and accumulated wisdom in the coaching
and personal development arenas
Spirituality
- "to explore
the dynamics of being alive in a way that is relevant to everyday
living" - the underlying ideas that run through
the offerings in the 'spiritual supermarket' are rooted in
a Holistic understanding of being human - a seamless integration
of body, soul & spirit as one being where each area influences
and affects the other; that there is more to life than what
meets the eye and that there is a 'divine' influence in human
activities
- The adventure of life is
without end - there is always something new to discover
& explore
- How we travel on the journey
is more important that arriving at the destination
Motivation
- "to be
inspired to be the best" - connecting external
activities and requirements with inner/core motivations -
catching the imagination whereby the initial external stimulus
becomes personalised and perpetually developing
- The best & most enduring
objectives are discovered by our self not set because of
others requirements or artificial expectation to have some
- Explore beyond and break
away from the 'aught to' and 'must do' - discovering more
inspiring motivation and sustainability
