Coaching Excellence
The Consultancy and Coaching
Services offered by discerningWays
is rooted in Brian's lifetime involvement in providing support,
coaching & encouragment to people. A natural ability to
empathise and discern 'contributing factors' to situations
is combined with a strong desire for the very best for those
that he has the privilege to work with.
Brian has an innate ability
to bring 'realignment' to people & situations in a way
that cultivates and releases excellence. His interaction with
different disciplines over the years has resulted in a passion
and ability to combine creativity, computing, business and
inter-personal experiences into one open approach that brings
benefit to individuals, teams and corporate situations, built
on the theme 'creativity is a key to wholeness'.
Benefits
through experience include the ability to:
- Use
'Creativity' to bring fresh perspectives & approaches
to situations; initially through artwork; now extended over
the years to bring added value to many areas of life &
workplace
- See
beyond the obvious and to discover alternative ways forward
- Empathise
and walk together with people for a season on their journey
in a non-obtrusive way
- Bring
insight to business situations and explore options
- Highly
motivated, working methodically & conscientiously but
without resorting to crude usage of models and methods
- Able
to quickly build relationships with people, working well
within a team
- Apply
spiritual realities in practical ways to situations
